The Portuguese Suave or Soft Portuguese style (1930-1960) standardised and changed the urban landscape of Portugal forever, putting specialised designers and creative artists centre stage, a place that had until then belonged to master builders.
AURORA, the mythological goddess of the dawn, rather than simply lending her name to this project – which is comprised of 36 residential units that range from one-bedroom units to penthouses – welcomes you to the building that organically transforms in synchrony with the city, having been eternalised in sculpture form by Leopoldo de Almeida, one of the great pioneers of the Portuguese Suave movement.
